Anger
can be an incredibly destructive force, which affects people
in a huge way. Over time, these situations can get worse and
worse to the point of discontinued friendships, broken marriages,
job loss, loss of clear perception, difficulty in relationships,
lost opportunity, bad communication, lack of forgiveness, subservient
behaviour, feelings of revenge and so on. Regularly after the
event feelings of regret, guilt, justification, rightness and
ashamedness can be associated with certain anger moments.
Each
and every person different variables that act as as some form
of triggers to anger. We have a programme that uses an eclectic
mix of therapies which can put you through you to recognize
your triggers, appraisals, inhibitions, response, belief and
mood at the time ( this is a rather more a cognitive behavioural
therapy perspective, although other techniques are utilised).
We can train you to improve your communication with friends,
work and family. In some cases it has been possible to carry
out a therapeutic de-stress procedure, upon people whom has
experienced some of the consequentail blunt end of anger. This
has had some reasonable results in terms of healing and forgivenness
cycle. ( in some cases it is necessarily before communication
can be improved ) This can benefit you in better management
of anger, increased understanding, a smoother relationship and
in some cases fewer out-of-control moments.
