Individual
Life Coaching involves helping you move from
where you are now to where you want to be. In most cases, Life
Coaching is conducted over the phone, but it can also be completed
face to face.
People who undertake Life Coaching often set
themselves bigger goals achieve them more quickly and finish
what they start. People's motivation during Life Coaching tends
to come from one of two scenarios: either they want to move
away from something; or they want to move towards it.
Action
steps. Life Coaching produces clear stepping-stones
for you to take one foot and put it in front of the other. It
shows you what to do when.
Strategies. Life Coaching takes into
account the competing human and environmental factors that stand
in the way of you achieving your goals. We look at what and
who contribute to and detract from your personal power in a
situation / workplace / family / or game plan.
Reflection.
A life coach will provide the opportunity to reflect upon what
has been working for you and what has not been working for you.
Reflection generates insight, which allows us to grow and build
upon past experiences.
It's
all about you! Most people have never experienced an
hour of someone paying complete attention to them, let alone
an hour every week! This is a liberating experience that gives
you the space to honestly explore your goals, strategies and
provides support during your personal ups and downs.
Motivation.
Life Coaching breathes wind into your sails
every session. This helps you maintain momentum over time and
gives you the motivation to achieve the goals set.
Positive
Milestones. Life Coaching involves
cheering you on, and celebrating those positive milestones that
you reach on your journey.
Corporate
Life Coaching in conjunction with corporate
training can massively increase memory retention, quality of
learning, communication and productivity. If I said you could
raise the average workforce productivity from 50% to 82%* in
under 12 months, what would that mean in profit for you, your
business, your clients and your organisation?
I
will not come to deliver solutions (I am not a trainer, I am
not a consultant), I will come to listen, understand and learn
from individuals in your company, and to hear what more they
could deliver if an enhanced work environment allowed that to
happen. Whatever industry you're in - media, IT, finance, recruitment,
food, retailing, cars, oil, entertainment - remember, it's the
people behind the product that have the potential to shift your
company from being good to being GREAT, and Life Coaching
could be that key to unlocking their potential.
