For people who lead busy lives, we can easily set up sessions over the telephone, to save you time and fit into your busy schedule. Alternatively, we can conduct sessions over the Internet, either locally or internationally, via Skype. For this type of communication, it is necessary to connect a camera to your computer or laptop, and you must have enough bandwidth to deal with the added information being transferred. Both the above services can be arranged after an introductory meeting and assessment questionnaire have been completed. The charge for the initial face-to-face interview is £40 and will take between one to two hours.

Telephone counselling & Telephone coaching

The charge for our telephone / Skype / MS Messenger service is £40 for the first hour and £30 for each consecutive hour thereafter. It is necessary for you to pay for the service in advance.

Face-to-face counselling & coaching

Meetings at my home are charged at a rate of £45 for the first hour and £35 for each consecutive hour thereafter. For non-attendance, £40 plus expenses will be charged unless 14-day's notice is given. Apologise in advance for the strict policy, it is just that we have had past experience of people missing appointments without given sufficient notice.

Meetings at one of our central London or other city premises will be charged between £65-90 for the first hour and £65 for each consecutive hour thereafter, depending on location that is most appropriate. On top of this, there will be travel costs. For non-attendance, £45 plus expenses will be charged. Apologise in advance for the strict policy, it is just that we have had past experience of people missing appointments without given sufficient notice.

Purchases that are Corporate Bodies Fee (includes charities, select sports people, select managers, businesses and organisations) of the services above, the prices are liable to charges of a 40% per cent increase of the prices listed above.

There is a company policy for clients to buying credits for Management Stress Centre. These credit batches come in the form of a minimum for individual purchases £300, £400, £500, £650, £850, £1050, £1200, £1,400 for corporate bodies purchases £900, £1,200, £1,400, , £1,600, £1,800 and £2,000.
